Anyone that knows me, knows that I’m obsessed with several things in baby fashion: polka dots, stripes, bows and ruffles. Those things can make me whip out my debit card in a hurry and purchase without a second thought. This was my immediate thought when I saw these adorable ruffle striped shorts from Kennedy’s Collections. And the turban…I DIE!!! This fits LC’s style to a tee. I was honored to represent Kennedy’s Collections to do a review of her shorts and turban. LC has worn these shorts several times now, and I think she will be able to make it through the whole summer with them. Great quality, affordable and SUPER adorable…what more can a almost-year-old want? (tear, by the way….several tears….not ready to have a toddler).
I just chose a simple white tank to pair with these. Of course it had ruffles too…but I just picked it up at Walmart. Yeah, seriously, Walmart! I got several colors. They are the perfect little summer tank, and only like $3 if I remember right! I have my eye on THESE Kennedy’s Collections shorts next! 😉
Our ongoing teething-ness (for lack of better words) has been surprisingly painless this last month. Laiks has cut 4 molars, and no fussiness or sickness! You know what I credit that to…THIS amber teething necklace from Mister Man Pants. I did a review {HERE} on these a few months back, and I swear by it. Seriously, we took it off for about 3-4 nights when she started chewing on it because I didn’t want the beads to come off and her choke on them. Coincidentally (or not) she woke up 1-2 times each night that she didn’t have it on. I put it back on her…guess what?! She has slept through the night since. I’m not saying it’s some sort of magic necklace, but I’m AM saying that I will NOT take it off again. I’ve heard horror stories about molars, and LC’s have not been bad. AT. ALL.
